Manufacturing Facilities

Grifols operates two FDA and GMP approved manufacturing facilities in Spain (Barcelona and Murcia) capable of handling pharmaceutical products and medical devices with various technological capabilities. Grifols was the first European company to secure authorization for parametric release of parenteral solutions in glass and flexible containers from its Spanish manufacturing plants.

Grifols Engineering, a division of the Grifols Group, offers engineering services to both the pharmaceutical industry and internally, as part of our vertical integration approach. Having an in-house engineering division is a valued feature in the pharmaceutical industry and guarantees complete control over the entire process.
